Scope of Work
- Isolated, stripped out, and removed existing heating pipework, emitters, boilers, pumps, flues, controls, and associated services from the boiler room and adjoining basement.
- Safely disconnected and removed redundant electrical supplies, containment, brackets, and fixings.
- Installed new gas boiler plant, flue system, electronic filling device, expansion vessel, and replacement basement pipework/services.
- Phased installation of new heating pipework and emitters (radiators and fan convectors), with temporary connections to maintain continuity during works.
- Installed new local heating controls, fan convector wiring, and temperature controls, including any temporary wiring required for phasing.
- Supplied and installed new BMS heating control panel with associated hard wiring and containment.
- Applied new insulation to all pipework, with PIB weatherproofing externally and aluminum stucco cladding in boiler room.
- Pressure tested all new pipework, flushed and treated the LPHW heating system and water services.
- Carried out testing, balancing, commissioning, and full setting to work of all new systems and automatic controls.
- Prepared and issued comprehensive O&M Manuals with “As-Installed” drawings.
